Refund Policy:
We gladly accept returns on any new, unused product that has not been customized. All returns must be done within 30 days of purchase. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and the original cost to ship the product will be deducted from the purchase amount.
If an item is not returned in new, unused condition, the customer will be responsible for any loss of value.
All returns must include the original order number, current shipping address and complete contact information inside return packaging.
All refunds will be sent back to the original customer.
